Brand Inconsistency
The colours and styling used across the website did not fully reflect the teal, aqua and botanical identity already present within Hayley’s logo.
BUILD. CARE. SUPPORT.
How we transformed The Intuitive Spirit Guide into a more cohesive, professional and easier-to-use online experience, combining a refreshed visual identity with streamlined bookings, automated bookings and a clearer journey for new clients.
“The goal wasn’t simply to make the website look better. It was to make the whole client journey feel easier.”
Hayley already had an established service and a clear personal approach to her readings, but the website needed to communicate that experience more effectively online.
The project developed into more than a visual refresh. We refined the branding, improved the structure of the website, simplified the booking journey and introduced automations so that confirmations, reminders and online appointment information could be handled with far less manual administration.
The existing website contained the foundations of Hayley’s business, but the visual identity, service journey and booking process did not yet feel as connected or polished as the experience she wanted to provide her clients.
The opportunity was to bring Hayley’s brand, services and booking process together into one consistent experience, helping visitors understand what she offers and making it easier to take the next step.
The colours and styling used across the website did not fully reflect the teal, aqua and botanical identity already present within Hayley’s logo.
Customers needed a clearer path from discovering a reading through to selecting a service, choosing a time, paying and receiving the information required for their appointment.
Confirmation emails, reminders and appointment information had the potential to create unnecessary admin, so automation became an important part of the redesign.
The website was rebuilt around the customer journey, while Hayley’s branding was refined to create a calmer and more recognisable visual identity throughout the site.
The website redesign wasn't only about layout, colours and bookings. We also looked at how Hayley could introduce herself in a more personal way and help new visitors feel comfortable before booking a reading.
Hayley wanted to introduce herself, explain her journey into mediumship and help people understand what they could expect from working with her.
Recording a long piece directly to camera wasn't the most comfortable option, so we helped turn her script and recorded audio into a more engaging welcome film using a mixture of personal footage, testimonials and background sound.
The refreshed website introduces a cleaner layout, stronger visual hierarchy and a brand palette taken directly from Hayley’s identity, creating a more professional and calming first impression.
The mobile experience was refined so visitors can understand the available readings, navigate the website and reach the booking process without unnecessary steps.
The redesign also focused on what happens after somebody decides to book — reducing manual work for Hayley while giving clients clearer communication throughout the process.
Visitors can clearly choose between the available reading options and continue directly into the booking journey.
Customers choose an available appointment and complete the relevant booking and payment process online.
Booking information is automatically sent to the customer once the appointment has been made.
Automated reminders help reduce missed appointments and keep the customer informed before their reading.
One of the biggest visual changes was moving away from the previous parchment, orange and purple styling and creating a palette that works naturally with Hayley’s existing logo.
Deep teal, emerald, aqua and soft mint tones now run consistently throughout the website, creating a calmer and more recognisable identity without losing the spiritual character of the brand.
The finished website gives Hayley a much stronger online presence, while making the journey easier for somebody discovering her services for the first time.
Visitors can now understand the available readings, build trust through Hayley’s story and testimonials, book more easily and receive the information they need automatically.

Content, testimonials, services and booking information now feel like part of one connected experience.
Once the new website, booking journey, automation and branding had come together, Hayley shared her own experience of working with Williams Global Solutions.
From improving the design and rebuilding the visual identity to simplifying bookings, setting up client communications and helping create the welcome video, the project was approached as a complete digital experience rather than simply a website refresh.
A website can do far more than display your services. The right design, booking journey and automations can help turn it into a system that supports your business every day.
